∎ B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university. Experienced B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain preventive / schedule maintenance program of all factory machineries
∎ Co-ordinate & supervise the operation & maintenance of all machinery including Dyeing Machines, Finishing Machines, Compactor Machines, Slitting Machines, Brush Machines, Sueiding Machines, Shearing Machines, Knitting Machines, Different types of AOP related Printing Machines, Loop Steamer Machine, Washing Machines, CPB Machines, Osthoff Senge Machines and other laboratory machines
∎ Provide technical support for all machinery to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure
∎ Supervision and diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time
∎ Supervise and monitor the engineering and technical staff
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery
∎ Monitoring all kind of equipments very carefully for trouble free operation
∎ Ensuring safety of manpower & machines
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble-free operation
∎ Work description should be kept record in shift register
∎ To ensure Zero breakdown of plant & machines
∎ Lead and motivate team members for achieve the desired result
∎ Evaluate performance of employees under span of control and submit recommendations to respective management
∎ Organize training / motivation program for the employees under span of control
∎ Supervision of erection and commissioning of machineries
∎ To improve overall equipment performance/efficiency (OEE)
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
