∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in IT, CSE, ETE, EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IT, CSE, ETE, EEE

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Management and administration of Cloud Environment such as AWS, Rackspace, Google Cloud, Media Temple, GoDaddy, Digital Ocean etc. and various cPanels.
∎ Management and administration of MYSQL, MS SQL Server, Joomla, Word press, WAMP, XAMPP server etc.
∎ Management and administration of various CISCO and Mikrotik Switches, Router, Access Point, VLAN, VPN and Wi-Fi devices.
∎ Management and administration of Active Directory & Domain Controller and LDAP Server.
∎ Troubleshooting and maintenance of all servers for any technical problems.
∎ Support users for all kinds of IT related issues which include complete setup, maintenance and troubleshooting issues of Computer, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, and Photocopier.
∎ Support for PABX/Telephone line related issues and troubleshooting problems of remote office connection through IP network.
∎ Support to factory locations for any IT related technical problems remotely or physically if needed.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgradation of IT infrastructure.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications and workstations are running smoothly.
∎ Contact vendor/supplier for proper service and ensuring product warranty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness and good communication skills is a MUST for this position.
∎ Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems. Ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.
∎ Self-Starting - takes independent action and goes beyond what the job or situation requires.
∎ Time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
∎ A history of leading and supporting successful migration and transition projects.
∎ Awareness of key software development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM etc.) - preferred but not mandatory.
∎ Preferable Professional Certificate: Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), RedHat/Linux (RHCE), Virtualization (VMware VCP), ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2
