• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Sales Audit, Marketing Audit, or Distribution Accounts Audit will be given preference.

• Strong analytical skills and high logical reasoning ability.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsing, and email communication, with good typing speed in both Bangla and English.

• Willingness to travel anywhere in Banglades frequently, stay for extended periods if required, and work under tight deadlines.

Job Summary

The Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance across the company`s sales channels, marketing operations, and distribution accounting system. This role involves detailed auditing, data verification, risk identification, and recommending improvements to strengthen operational and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify invoices, delivery challans, cash memos, sales returns, and collection reports.

• Ensure correct documentation of dealer/distributor transactions and reconcile data with accounts.

• Review sales incentives, commissions, discounts, schemes, and promotional offers.

• Detect irregularities in sales operations, route coverage, order-taking, and execution.

• Conduct surprise audits at DSC, Soledepot, distribution hubs, and dealer locations.

• Reconcile stock movements between factory, Sole/Area depots, points and finance department.

• Audit all marketing expenses against monthly budget approved by H/O.

• Check budget allocation versus actual spend for marketing campaigns.

• Audit distribution, promotional materials, and branding items.

• Audit distributor ledger accounts, opening balances, outstanding, and credit limits.

• Verify stock issuance, stock return, damage/expiry adjustments, and inventory write-offs.

• Check distributor claim settlements (trade offers, cash discounts, promotional schemes).

• Reconcile factory, sole/area depot stock, transit stock, and distributor stock with system records.

• Monitor the accuracy of software entries related to distribution invoicing and collection postings.

• Identify discrepancies in logistics charges, loading/unloading costs, and handling expenses.

• Identify operational gaps, financial risks, fraud indicators, and compliance violations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of audit data, reports, and sensitive financial information.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management review.

• Document observations, anomalies, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.

Monthly Salary:

• During Probationary Period: BDT 21,000

• After Probationary Period: BDT 23,000
