∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Typically he will monitor plastic production department and responsible for every activity related to production.
∎ Developing production schedule and duty assignments with control and implementation.
∎ Engineering analysis and development of mold, machines, Auxiliary equipment etc. to improve productivity.
∎ Ensure Production planning (Usual time/crisis moment) and mold & machine selection.
∎ Supervising and monitoring to production related subordinate to full fill production target.
∎ Manage human and materials resources to meet production target.
∎ Set and manage production budget.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales & marketing, distribution and management.
∎ Conduct employee performance reviews.
∎ Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
∎ Ensure a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personnel safety.
∎ Develop new ways to use resources (Human, Material, Capital etc).
∎ Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
