Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with different business units across the Group for setting SMART KPI in line with the business plan.
∎ Design and develop Change Management Strategies.
∎ Ensure the completion of employee's yearly performance appraisal in an effective manner and timely through co-ordination.
∎ Prepare a mid-year review plan through coordination with different business units.
∎ Provide input to the strategy of other HR processes to help make those align with the PMS & vice versa.
∎ Prepare monthly HR matrix and maintain HRIS for identifying improvement areas.
∎ Establish and coordinate the Performance Management System to foster employee's development & career growth across the group.
∎ Review/update salaries compensation package & incentive to keep it competitive at all times.
∎ Identify training needs, set training objectives, prepare training plan, and execute all the functions relevant to training measures.
∎ Leading recruitment and selection process as per policy.
