Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities
∎ Assist to Manager, Administration to monitor, supervise and ensure office administration & legal issue & Logistics support for smooth operations.
∎ Responsible for Food management, Dinning facilities, office beautification & Housekeeping, Cleaning.
∎ Responsible for making & renewal of license, various Agreements like Vehicle, Security Service, office cleanliness.
∎ Prepare & dispatch work order, purchase order, office order, Meeting Minutes & Circular & policy writing.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Managing events, arranging corporate tours, launching new offices.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation.
∎ Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the office
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
