Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and optimise machine learning models and algorithms for AI applications.
∎ Collaborate with data scientists to analyse and preprocess large datasets.
∎ Design and build scalable machine learning pipelines for training and inference.
∎ Fine-tune and optimise models for performance and accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
∎ Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and iterate to improve performance.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in AI and machine learning like decentralised and federated learning etc.
∎ Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise AI requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling, and deep learning techniques.
∎ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
∎ Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
∎ Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
∎ Familiarity with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
∎ Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
∎ Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Previous experience in developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications.
∎ Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
∎ Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms and applications.
∎ Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
∎ Understanding of software engineering best practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
∎ Publications or contributions to the AI and machine learning community.
∎ Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in a relevant field is a plus.
