- Educational Qualification : MBA / M.Com / Masters in Supply Chain from any reputed University.

-  Proficient on Computer & MUST be well conversant in Accounting Software.

-  Proficient in English and MUST be well conversant in Bangla communication.

-  Experience of working in Logistics department for 5-7 years in Pharmaceuticals Company or Food Industries or relevant industry or Supply Chain.

-  Good communication, analytical and negotiation skills with strong leadership skills to manage a team.

-  Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.

- Must have a knoledge in Bangla Typing.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context : A logistics officer is responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods and materials within an organization's supply chain. Their duties include coordinating transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring that products reach their destination on time and within budget. They also play a role in optimizing logistics processes, negotiating with vendors, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. 

-  Strategically plan and manage Logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service.

-  Direct, optimize and co-ordinate full order cycle.

-  Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transportation costs and efficiency.

-  Coordinate annual Budget setting process with Factory, Logistics and other departments.

-  Ensure performance management through monitoring and regular review meeting with all depot managers and leadership team.

-  Resolve problems concerning transportation & logistics systems.

-  Co ordinate with planning team to reduce Non moving stock and reduce business waste.

-  Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

-  Drive and implement Control in all supply Chain processes.

-  Liaison with all depot in charge for smoothly run the Company.

-  To manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.

-  Time to time repot to the top management.
