Job Context:
∎ Background:A leading upcoming 300 bed healthcare organization, Universal Hospital Ltd.is looking for an experienced Senior Lead System/Business Analyst to develop, manage and document functional specification, business process and requirements for an industry standard computerized hospital management system. The person will be a part of team and will work closely with the project manager, developers, testers and other members of the group.
∎ The lead analyst will be a key team member and should have thorough knowledge, skills and experience to design and provide requirement and specifications to the software development team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently provide and develop system requirement specification for an industry standard computerized hospital management system.
∎ Document System Requirement Specification (SRS) and the associated business rules, conditions, workflows, use cases etc.
∎ Work closely with developers to coordinate, and explain specification and business rules and able to provide tasks and work.
∎ Work closely with software testers and other team members to coordinate, and explain specification and business rules.
∎ Perform independent UAT (user acceptance testing) and provide feedbacks to the team.
∎ Provide innovative ideas and solution to make the hospital management system versatile, robust and reliable.
∎ Support QA and development team to create data and information for testing purposes
∎ Able to perform comparative analysis on other similar hospital management system to incorporate industry best practices in the new system.
∎ Work and able to coordinate closely with end users and stakeholders to troubleshoot and provide solutions, and provide inputs and feedback to the development and testing team for any issues or bottlenecks.
∎ Should be able to identify risks, bottlenecks and performance issues and able to provide solutions as required.
∎ Work with the business users to demonstrate system changes to validate all relevant business needs are addressed.
∎ With the help of management and development team, list and identify third party tools, equipment, devices, software, database, servers, backup etc required for the hospital management system.
∎ Provide presentation and feedback to management and development team whenever required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum of 6-10 years practical and proven hands-on experience as a system analyst working in the healthcare sector particularly in a medium to large hospital environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing at least ONE industry standard integrated hospital management system for a medium to large hospital currently in operation.
∎ Have a thorough in-depth knowledge and practical experience in operating an end to end integrated hospital management system with all the standard modules, features process flow, and interconnectivity.
∎ Have experience in documenting System Requirement Specification (SRS) and the associated business rules, conditions, workflows, use cases etc.
∎ Strong practical knowledge and understanding of third party tools such as PACS, LIS, RIS etc. and how to integrate them into the hospital management system.
∎ Worked closely with different stakeholders
