Educational Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have LL.B (Hon's) & LL.M from any reputed University;
∎ Must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct suits and cases in court;
∎ Instruct the junior lawyers of Judge Court;
∎ Manage the matters of Judge Court;
∎ Draft and prepare legal documents;
∎ Communicate and instruct the lawyers who are appointed to deal with suits and cases outside Dhaka;
∎ Vetting land documents; and
∎ Providing legal opinion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years practicing experience at Dhaka Judges' Court;
∎ Must have experience in conducting Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases; and
∎ Must have ability to draft legal documents in relation to the Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have good command in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge in Computing, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
