Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-3+ years in Laravel development & DevOps/cloud deployment

• Deep knowledge of Bagisto customization, PHP 8+, RESTful APIs, queues & jobs

• Hands-on with GitHub Actions (or similar), Nginx/Apache, SSL, backups & monitoring

• Familiar with Twilio/Meta WhatsApp API or other chatbot frameworks

• Strong communicator and proven mentor/coach for mid/junior teammates

• Passionate about UX — you can speak the language of designers and enforce pixel-perfect implementation

Nice to Have

• Experience with Aureus or other Laravel-based ERP systems

• Basic understanding of ML libraries (e.g. Python’s scikit-learn) for intent classification

• Familiarity with Vue.js or React for bagisto frontend extensions

• AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3) or Docker/Kubernetes basics

• Pranon is building a group-buying e-commerce platform powered by Bagisto (Laravel) and Aureus ERP. We’re a fast-growing team, solving complex e-commerce, ERP integration and automation challenges for merchants nationwide.

• For eCommerce operation, Pranon is looking for Senior Laravel Engineer (eCommerce & ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design and oversee implementation of our Laravel-based Bagisto store and Aureus ERP integration

• Define, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions → Staging/Production) and cloud infrastructure (Cloudways/AWS/DigitalOcean)

• Lead design critiques and enforce code quality, security and performance best practices

• Mentor two junior engineers: one focusing on Frontend/UI/UX, the other on Backend/DevOps

• Design and guide WhatsApp/Messenger automation (Twilio or Meta API) with basic ML/intent-detection components

• Collaborate with designers, PM and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions

• Salary Range: BDT 40,000 to 60,000 per month (based on skill and experience).
