A GDS Expert with deep expertise in Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre and familiarity with OTA platforms.
A natural leader with a demonstrated track record in vendor management, negotiation, and guiding teams to success.
An exceptional communicator with the strategic acumen to influence and engage with various stakeholders including channel partners and corporate clients.

With IATA accreditation, ECAL caters to both domestic and international markets. The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance customer experience, and improve service delivery and efficiency, with a focus on managing digital platforms.
