Member of the Bangladesh Bar Council (mandatory).

We are looking for an accomplished Senior /Junior Law Officer to provide expert legal support and ensure strict compliance across all business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage legal matters under the Negotiable Instruments (NI) Act and Artha Rin Adalat Ain.
- Interpret and implement Bangladesh Bank BRPD & DFIM Circulars and SEC rules & regulations.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
- Advise management on legal risks, compliance issues, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Maintain effective liaison with external counsels, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders.
