Job Context:
∎ Social Assistance and Rehabilitation for the Physically Vulnerable (SARPV) is a non- government, non-political, Bangladeshi organization providing humanitarian support to the Rohingya people at Bhasan Char. As part of its Health & Nutrition interventions in support with WFP & UNHCR, SARPV is going to implement "Integrated nutrition intervention for Rohingya refugees living in Bhasan Char" project from 1st September 2022.
∎ Overall Objective: This position is responsible for implementing quality integrated IYCF- E and CMAMI program at the camp level to support and promote appropriate IYCF practices.
∎ Competency: Device operating, internet browsing for the basic communication.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual, until 31st December, 2022 (Renewable)
∎ Job Location: Bhasan Char, Noakhali

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supportive Supervision:
∎ Ensure supportive supervision to the staffs and volunteers directly involved in CMAMI & IYCF services, MHPSS services, Health education and ECCD activities
∎ Identify gaps and providing technical support according to gap in facility and community level.
∎ Develop action plan in conjunction with responsible person of IYCF and CMAMI activities.
∎ Do necessary steps to building effective and functional team considering emergency situation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with relevant staffs in facility level.
∎
∎ Capacity Building and collaboration:
∎ Keep up to dated knowledge on existing guideline, protocols and changes of IYCF CMAMI, MTMSG. ECCD, SBCC, MHPSS.
∎ Conduct training for field staffs and prepare training report.
∎ Provide on the job training (OJT) for field staffs.
∎ In close collaboration with Program manager, links and cooperates with the nutrition sector in joint supportive supervision activities and ensuring quality IYCF- E implementation and reporting, according technical standards.
∎ Supports community level interventions and liaise with community outreach / mobilisers in IYCF -E messaging through community networks.
∎ Perform program related task assigned by the program manager.

∎ NBF Management:
∎ Assessing NBF children with major priority
∎ Managing wet nurse for NBF children if needed
∎ Management of NBF children
∎
∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Collect case information, taking snap, document and share with supervisor for learning and further action.
∎ Prepare report according to demand of program when necessary.
∎ Monthly report checking and report analysis.
∎
∎ Abiding by organizational and donor policies and humanitarian principles
∎ The position is expected to uphold the values of SARPV
∎ She must learn about the donor policies and abide by it.
∎ Humanitarian Principles must be upheld in daily implementation.
∎ Implement all work-related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of the SARPV's staff and beneficiaries

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-year experience in the field of CMAM program and or IYCF program
∎ Ability to ensure coordination & negotiation with partners on the ground
∎ Technically sound on nutrition aspect
∎ Well known about the country strategy and guideline of CMAM and IYCF
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Team-building, capacity building and training skills
∎ Language: Must be proficient in English and Bangla in both writing and speaking
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Power point)

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two days weekly holiday ( Friday & Saturday)
∎ Mobile bill, internet bill, Travel bill as per Organization policy.
