Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE, EEE
∎ University of Dhaka,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,National University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities and production of technology departments.
∎ Implement idea such as purchasing software or hiring additional tech staff.
∎ Must work within financial limits to get most outputs.
∎ Have to learn company and industry trends.
∎ All kinds of devices (router, switch and AP etc) configuration and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosis and troubleshooting of all hardware including end users PC and other devices.
∎ Response on users query over phone and physically.
∎ Prepare and maintain good documentation.
∎ Configuring IT services on several platforms like windows and Linux.
∎ Perform all day-to-day activities related to hardware etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25-32 years.
∎ Clear knowledge on IT operation will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Willing to learn and adopting new technologies.
Salary: Negotiable
