Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Engineering or any discipline with related knowledge and experience from any recognised university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical classes for learners.
∎ Provide training independently as per the CBT&A method.
∎ Prepare the lesson plan, class routine, job sheet, handout, formative and summative assessment tools according to the CS & CBLM and presenting to the section in charge for approval.
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, Student Portfolio File, etc.).
∎ Design course syllabus, lecture videos, weekly quizzes, discussion forums, and exams.
∎ Deliver course materials and learning assessments in the online format.
∎ Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve students in challenging learning opportunities.
∎ Prepare class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.
∎ Observe and evaluate student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, projects, discussions, or examinations; provide feedback promptly on student progress.
∎ Maintain records of enrollment and attendance, assessments and grades, submit class rosters and grade sheets by the deadlines established by the operations.
∎ Meet with the Principal as needed to discuss all aspects of the course including student progress and curriculum development (may be required to provide input into program development).
∎ Undertake monitoring and assessment of student's course work, project work, and examinations, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records of their progress and achievement.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of teaching in web design and development and computer office application.
∎ Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, CSS3 Animation Effect, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap Latest Version, Marketplace Related Classes.
∎ Concept of Static & Dynamic Website, Raw PHP Coding, Object Oriented Programming (OOP) PHP, Dynamic Website Development, Payment Gateway.
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience as an instructor in a reputed IT training center or related job in a reputed IT firm.
