Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 41 years
∎ Solid experience as Senior IE with focus on Cutting Room
∎ Fluent in English Language

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Time Study, Capacity Study and Setting of SMVs
∎ Methods Study, Workflow & System Analysis
∎ Setting of KPI of each section and helping Cutting Section heads to meet their daily target
∎ Coaching/helping Cutting floor staff to do effective work management for smooth workflow
∎ Help to reduce Sewing Lines productivity issues coming from Cutting
∎ Implement Lean practices.
∎ Time Study, Capacity Study and Setting of SMVs
∎ Methods Study, Workflow & System Analysis
