• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Backend Developer (PHP, WordPress, Laravel etc.) and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of API design and development is a plus.
• Proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt: Work within the Agile framework to address technical debt in a sustainable way, balancing short-term delivery with long-term maintainability.
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Technical SEO experience is a must along with Next.JS.
• Adapt to changing priorities and requirements: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the sprint, working collaboratively with the team to adjust plans as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Laravel Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in full-stack backend development, with expertise in managing server-side logic, database architecture, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

This is a dedicated role, and no other work engagements are permitted during office hours we share our screen on Google Meet to communicate and collaborate make sure you are comfortable working in such environment.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) Bangladesh Time, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure backend systems.

• Implement robust security and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information and maintain website integrity, a crucial aspect of SEO.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Implement security and data protection protocols.

• Understanding of Microservices for both API and Frontend

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their SEO implications (e.g., CDN usage for faster content delivery).

• Demonstrable experience with technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and other SEO-related technical aspects.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering factors like page load times and server response times that impact SEO.
