Skilled in animations and advanced UI customisation in Flutter.
Knowledge of SEO/performance-friendly mobile design (preferred).
Vendor certifications in Flutter/UI-UX (preferred).
Strong communication skills (IELTS 7+ level).

Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter/UI-UX Developer to lead the design and development of modern, user-centric mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Flutter expertise, excellent UI/UX design skills, and the ability to deliver polished, high-performance apps aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mobile app development (concept → design → deployment).
Build high-performance Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
Create intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
Conduct UX research, testing, and performance optimisation.
Develop custom widgets, animations, and reusable components.
Maintain design systems and consistent UI standards.
Mentor junior developers/designers.
Stay updated with latest Flutter and UI/UX trends.
