Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed university.
∎ No Third Division, Minimum CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the client’s creditworthiness in line with the bank’s policy & strategy, regulatory guidelines and procedure.
∎ Efficient and effective delivery of assigned credit proposals analyzing risk standing in line with set account strategy, risk acceptance criteria and bank’s Risk Appetite Statement.
∎ Review of risk analysis and mitigation of credit proposals prepared by credit managers.
∎ Timely compliance of correspondences to the department.
∎ Compliance and mitigation of audit objection (If any).
∎ Process the credit proposals with due recommendation for necessary approval from the delegated authority.
∎ Regular follow-up clients, credit limits & other compliances and ensure timely customer visits under the assigned portfolio.
∎ Regular monitoring and periodic review of concerning accounts and/or asset quality with thorough portfolio analyses.
∎ Participate in the process of decision-making as a team member of the department and division.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Solid understanding with lending procedures in line with Bangladesh Bank’s guidelines on Credit Risk Management, DVC, ICRRS and other related policies and general practices.
∎ Acquainted with corporate business modality and market dynamics and sound knowledge on statutory / regulatory laws and guidelines of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheet, as well as communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently and effectively.
