∎ M.Com (Accounting / Finance) MBA (major in Accounting/ Finance)/ CA

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare variances report based on actual and budgeted amounts monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually and also as per need of the project;
∎ Analyze financial information (e.g. expenditures and cash management) to ensure that all operations are within budget;
∎ Forecast future budget needs;
∎ Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period;
∎ Provide information and analysis to managers and in collaboration with the Sector Lead and respect to the management of resources (e.g., budget, staffing, etc);
∎ Coordinate and lead preparation of monthly departmental financial reports
∎ Advise/liaise with staff in the Department in order to improve knowledge and awareness with respect to budget methodologies, policies, internal control policies, and procedures;
∎ Ensure proper utilization of donor budget and resources;
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the Programme's goals on safeguarding, implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years working experience in Accounts and Financial Management;
∎ should have strong skill in accounting, budget preparation, monitoring an
∎ financial analysis,
∎ hands-on experience in donor reporting, ability to handle multiple tasks
∎ under pressure within deadlines;
∎ Experience in accounting software (ACCPAC) and application program MS
∎ Office
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship with other and communication
∎ skills;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Salary: Tk. 67374 (Monthly)
