∎ Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range
∎ of people inside and outside of the company.
∎ She/He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in
∎ Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Developed relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real
∎ estate land project solution.
∎ 2. Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.
∎ 3. Created systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead
∎ generation services, Craig's list and other forms of media.
∎ 4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related
∎ matters.
∎ 5. Served as property manager for privately held residential properties: marketed properties for
∎ new tenants, handled day to day legal issues, managed repairs and maintenance issues,
∎ conducted regular property inspections.
∎ 6. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ 7. Responsible to meet the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
∎ 8. Rollout the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data
∎ and other feedback.
