Personal Secretary Job Duties:
- Will entertain guests arriving at the office.
- Arrangements will be made to deliver official documents to various locations by post or in person.
- The management of the company will follow various guidelines of the management.
- Accompanying on visits to Dhaka or outside Dhaka.
- Screening phone call inquiries and requests and handling them as appropriate.
- Assuming some of the responsibilities of a CEO and working more closely with management.
- Answering phone calls.
- Talking or messaging in audio calls.
- Managing and assisting the CEO in day-to-day operations.
- Taking office status in the absence of the CEO.
- Other activities based on need.
