Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring priority service for corporate clients by arranging primary appointment, ambulance, health screening, vaccination, health certificate etc. by liasioning with respective stake holders.
∎ Preparing, arranging and executing corporate awareness sessions, training events, (like first aid & basic life support training), stall & booth support, as per demand and convenience of corporate clients.
∎ Acquiring new corporate clients as per potential to deliver financial benefits to hospital vis-à-vis improving image.
∎ Acquiring & strengthening new corporate members for health screening.
∎ Ensuring corporate customer satisfaction by coordinating hassle free services at United Hospital premises.
∎ Negotiating and conflict resolution in terms of corporate client requirement
∎ Facility tour for different corporate clients.
∎ Correspondence with clients about collection and sending of corporate patient reports by courier & E-mail
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly corporate client sales statement
