Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop precise color formulas based on customer artwork and specifications.
∎ Mixing color to achieve require standard for printing like Rubber, Glitter, Flock Lamination, Sublimation, Photo Print, High Density, Foil, Pigment, Discharge etc.
∎ Ensuring best output and timely production of Printing as per production plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Managing screen print section both table & machine printing.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues in production.
∎ Printing cost calculation and suggesting the cost-effective solutions.
∎ Train staff on color management techniques and processes.
∎ Document color formulations and maintain a database for repeat orders
