• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get preference

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 27 to 33 years

Management of Crops:  

• Having knowledge regarding Crops selection for appropriate weather condition.      

• Having knowledge about Crops for improving Products Output e.g. Potatoes, Rice etc.       

• Helping Farmers with Methodology of how to use Fertilizers, Pesticides and other Agricultural Inputs.

Management of Soil:       

• Conducting Soil Test yearly to maintain healthy soil condition of the Farm.

Market Research:    

• Having good knowledge about the market regarding Potatoes and other Products which will come in future.      

• Up to date knowledge about BADC (Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation) and Governmental updates or any other Agricultural updates regarding Products.       

• Conduct regular Market Research.

• Knowledge about Import/ Export of Agricultural Products e.g. Seeds, Machineries, etc.    

• Having good knowledge about requirements of Exporting Products.

Research & Development:  

• Conducting Research to improve crop varieties and agricultural practices.       

• Testing and adopting new technologies to enhance productivity.

Training:        

• Providing Training to the farmers on Modern Agricultural Practices.      

• Making easy to use “Manual” for the Farmers to implement in the field.

Quality Assurance:     

• Ensuring Quality of Products for better export opportunities.
