∎ Previous experience in working with sanitary ware products will be counted as an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide a premium-level experience for customers visiting the showroom by understanding their needs and recommending tailored product solutions.
∎ Maintain deep knowledge of Kohler’s full product line, including plumbing, fixtures, and accessories.
∎ Assist in design consultations and product selections in collaboration with homeowners and trade professionals.
∎ Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and delivery schedules to ensure a smooth customer journey.
∎ Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing in accordance with brand standards.
