∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit land
∎ To survey & analysis land
∎ To arrange the meeting between the landowner & the company
∎ To attend advertisement calls from landowner
∎ To communicate with potential land owner and maintain call report
∎ To collect legal documents and verify
∎ To prepare costing and proposal of land
∎ To attend land owner meeting with proposal & involved in land negotiation
∎ To prepare deed of agreement and power of attorney with the help of logistics department & Management
∎ To check deed of agreement and power of attorney
∎ To exchange legal views with attorneys
∎ To keep liaison with logistic department regarding required documentation, checking all up to date document
∎ To keep liaison with Accounts department regarding payment of landowner
∎ To Follow-up Design department regarding drawing
∎ To take approval all types of drawing from land owner
∎ To follow-up logistic department and help them, if any work delay regarding plan approval, power of attorney approval
∎ To keep continuous good relationship with landowner for better future prospective
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are encouraged to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in related field
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment
∎ Should be smart, well groomed, customer friendly attitude & polite behavior
∎ Willing to take challenge
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment and deliver results in a timely manner
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Must have knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel
