∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with hiring in-charge to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions/specifications.
∎ Assist to conduct interviews, assess candidates, and prepare necessary documents.
∎ Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
∎ Assist in monthly salary process.
∎ Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
∎ Assist in performance evaluation/management processes.
∎ Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
∎ Assist in compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives according to the industry standards.
∎ Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
∎ Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and make necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, areas of improvement, and opportunities for development.
∎ Prepare reports and metrics on employee engagement, performance, development initiatives and other issues.
∎ Assist to complete the employee exit procedure and final settlements smoothly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
