Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A renowned export-based Knit composite garments manufacturing company is looking for potential candidates for the position of Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Fast React Planning.
∎ Job location for the position is at Gazipur factory office.
∎ Only experienced in Fast React Software are requested to apply.
∎ Month-wise capacity vs. load analysis, plan on Fast React Software to meet 100% capacity utilization.
∎ Prepare plan & production report in Fast React Software on a daily, monthly & yearly basis for cutting, sewing & finishing.
∎ Making various real-time reports on demand, preparing operation bulletins, short-term and long-term forecasting, and achieving 100% OTD target.
∎ Plan and prepare T&A (Time & Action) calendar for on-time shipment, follow-up, and maintenance just in time (JIT).
∎ Prepare production schedule and coordinate with the production team to prepare floor-wise line loading plan.
∎ Address issues when arises aiming for minimum disruption and acting accordingly for solution.
∎ Prepare reports as per management requirements.
∎ Proven experience (at least 3 years) in the Fast React Planning board of operation in an export-based knitwear factory.
∎ Proficiency in using Fast React Software for data analysis and process improvement.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
