Good knowledge of automation tools.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
Technical Expertise.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Analyze compatibility of EPR with business process & identify change requirement in developed ERP.
- Ensure timely troubleshooting & resolution of ERP related issues faced by end users to maintain smooth day to day operations.
- Timely provide users support & training as needed.
- Train up end users on the working process, input & reporting process of ERP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration & functionality of ERP modules.
- Assist in ERP system upgrades, patches & enhancements.
