Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions using ERP systems.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of ERP systems.
∎ Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning optimally.
∎ Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
∎ Provide ongoing technical support and training to SCM team members to ensure efficient and effective use of ERP systems.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the ERP systems space

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably in a supply chain management context
