∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Demand Planning, Familiar with SAP ERP system, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Problem solving and multi tasking skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement budget and plan for the procurement of goods, service / works
∎ Coordinate S&OP to ensure on time material availability and capacity to meet the budget and ensure service level
∎ Supplier development in terms of price, quality, and delivery lead time
∎ Conduct market survey in order to develop new / alternative suppliers
∎ Complete required documents & procedure for purchases as per SOP & Audit requirement.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of Pricing, Quality, Quantity.
∎ Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors' requirements.
∎ Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers, prepare comparative statement and collect approval of purchase
∎ Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.
∎ Coordinate with SC sub functions i.e., Demand Planning, Production Planning, Warehouse & Import team to maintain SC efficiency
∎ Maintain records of purchases and specifications of material/goods ordered.
∎ Manage, maintain timely reporting as per business requirements
