Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All level of skill development in the Sample Room & Making sure all technical staff is well trained and has in depth understanding on product quality level & Sample room efficiency improvements through pre agreed capacity improvements
∎ Maintain 100% score for FTT1 on samples (Pads and Plastic shot)
∎ Achieve day plan by Working collaboratively with DE/DES with aggressive input/decision making on inline (FTT0) quality and final quality (FTT1)
∎ Effective resource allocation and attend all sample room issues and work with team to find solutions.
∎ Attend all WIP(Planning) meeting / Teck pack Meeting and understand the product and educate sample room staff on product quality/ process.
∎ Empower sample makers for inbuilt product quality & sample making ability on all chassis and give all sample makers relevant trainings for quality parameters & process.
∎ Bring new methods validation through method lab team and train sample makers to support New concept/size set developments
∎ Attend to Sample Room, Stores, Cutting and Molding administration duties on a timely manner
∎ Follow the standards of pad labeling and maintain records
∎ Maintain all reference samples relevant to General Samples.
∎ Maintain 6S at sample room
∎ Sample room lay out arrangements and manage maintenance activities for all type of machineries
∎ Work on recycle aluminium and write off Lamination.
∎ Present monthly KPI review with required data/presentation
∎ Maintain the record on absenteeism and take necessary steps to maintain a healthy rate at sample room
∎ Discuss with people and understand their personal and professional level requirements. Bring management attention on critical things
∎ Cost saving initiative to maintain healthy PD cost through optimum usage of RM.
