Job Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for overall supervision and monitoring of the sales executive and maintain the pre and pro activities of the sales and communicate with the related department.
∎ Workplace: Motor Cycle Showroom
∎ Job Location: Chuknagar Bazar, Dumuria, Khulna

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist customer in making selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
∎ Achieving predefined targets, suggest how to increase sales. Utilize sales opportunities by asking reference customer information.
∎ To monitor overall and day to day activities of the Showroom
∎ To prepare and keep updated party list of the concern
∎ To implement the merchandising activities by the Sales executive in the showroom.
∎ Obtain customer feedback and based on that recommend necessary steps for customer satisfaction.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment -ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ To train the sales executive for improving their product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ To ensure the implementation of the company policy
∎ To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.
∎ Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.
∎ Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the related field
∎ Should be energetic, able to work under pressure & independently for extended hours.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Amicable and presentable.
