Job Context:
∎ Thyrocare Bangladesh Limited (An international chain diagnostic laboratory).
∎ This position is responsible for the Sales Department and has experience in Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be smart, energetic, dynamic, hard-working & self motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ Effectively and efficiently communicate about product information to Medical Professionals.
∎ Sourcing potential new clients and maintaining regular contact with existing clients (Doctor, Clinic Manager, Clinic Lab In charge, Consultation Center, Out District Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Agent.
∎ To provide timely feedback of the referred patients to the Referral doctors.
∎ To visit the Referral doctors in the assigned areas to develop relationships for getting referrals.
∎ To conduct various brand building and visibility related activities in surrounding areas , associations , clubs and RWAs to improve footfalls.
∎ To meet internal doctors for their suggestions to improve footfalls.
∎ Should be aware of the competitor activities, and competitor work plan and provide timely feedback to the management.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure, sales target achieves, and regular follow-up with clients.
∎ Regular based Doctor Visit for target product promotion & sales achievement by prescription.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Healthcare, Diagnostic Services, Consultation Center, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Representative.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
