∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with customer/dealer.
∎ Candidate should visit market on daily basis.
∎ Need to meet individual sales target on a monthly basis.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on electronics market.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ To look after customer/dealer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

∎ Age 24 to 33 years
