∎ Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have minimum 3 years practical experience in Credit Collection of similar field or any reputed automobiles company.
∎ The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours under pressure.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the recovery strategy for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Keep close contact with the customer and give regular feedback to management.
∎ Take all possible measures necessary to check missing of vehicle and action to recover untrace vehicle.
∎ Collecting and analyzing data for preparing marketing and recovery strategy.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales.
∎ Achieve collection target as set by the Management for the period specified.
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection statement and do report to the Management.
∎ Establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Implement recovery plans. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.
∎ Update customer information sheet regularly. Provide necessary assistance to our customer to keep the pickup always in running condition.
∎ Motivate/counsel customers to refrain from illegal business like carrying drugs, stolen material etc.
