Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline from any Reputed Public/Private University.
∎ BBA/MBA in any discipline from any Reputed Public/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up individual target and provide plan to achieve.
∎ Plan fortnightly for regular activities i.e. phone call to prospects & clients, external & internal visit.
∎ Generate new customers for increasing data bank as per instruction and guidance from the Team Manager
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients of the company for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain call reports and daily work schedules.
∎ Maintain and keep record of all departmental Forms, Formats, Requisitions, and Registers etc.
∎ Achieve the allotted target and collect full earnest money.
∎ Assist other team members/executives in daily execution of works.
∎ Provide regular updated report as per requirement of the Team Manager on the above activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least 2-4 Years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills i.e. relationship management
∎ Engage with a consultative sales approach
∎ Articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
∎ Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
∎ Ability to convert customer problems into sales opportunities
Salary: Negotiable
