Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IT, computer, networking, CCTV or surveillance products sales, and marketing experience will add more value to this position.
∎ Develop sales and marketing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction
∎ Manage a strong network of Distributors, Installers, and other channel partners Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Knowledge of tender base documentation.
∎ The candidate should have previous B2B Sales experience, ideally in a managerial role. Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
∎ Strong ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships. Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology, to promote sales and ensure sales targets for the company.
