agent marketing, App marketing, Civil Construction, Civil Construction works, Corporate Marketing, Customer and Client Focus., Customer query management, Customer Relation, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as consumer relationship management, advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Develop social media and content of digital marketing.
∎ Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup,
∎ Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ Skills Required: Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Civil engineer background will get preference.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Construction Water Proofing.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Ride Share.
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and
∎ Multi-tasking ability.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Construction Water Proofing.
