∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will have to answer inbound and outbound calls from customers who want to know about our services. To provide suitable information to the customer.
∎ Maintain all notes in excel or Google drive.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills. Must have to multiple tasking ability
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers and Maintaining a strong relationship with respective and potential existing & new clients
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Verify ID's Information
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Ask questions to understand client's requirements.
∎ ID registration, confirmation, verification
∎ Send SMS, e-mail
∎ Keep records of calls and note useful information.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
∎ Conducting personal research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Researching the latest products and regulations,
∎ Monitor and report on effectiveness of relevant communications
∎ Must fulfill the responsibilities immediately and accurately and Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges Must perform multi-task and work under pressure
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Client Support through Phone, Telemarketing, Management, Student counseling.
∎ Proper pronunciation in Bengali.
∎ Proven experience as foreign education counseling.
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English.
∎ English Writing capability (Have to have very good idea on drafting) 6.0.
∎ MS word, Excel & Power Point, Leadership capability & Judge.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ N. B. Educational qualification can be considered upon experience status.

Salary: Negotiable
