Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Achieving daily production targets with the required quality.
∎ Ensure 5S, workplace safety & a Healthy environment.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Control absenteeism on the production floor.
∎ To Analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
∎ To perform other production-related duties and responsibilities.
∎ any other task is given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result-oriented.
