Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the execution of Seasonal Calendar development activities
∎ Facilitate the development of aesthetically correct samples that meet design's vision
∎ Help on prepare/arrange samples for season buying/marketing meeting
∎ Help manage development before its gone for sourcing and help guide Sample/CAD section
∎ Responsible for achieving all garment specs
∎ Creation and maintenance of development WIP/Tracker
∎ Lead the team and do all kind of technical job
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Designing and relevant software knowledge
∎ Good understanding about market and sourcing capability
∎ Keen to learn and Understand customer
∎ Positive mindset
∎ Team player
∎ Focused on cost parameter
