Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Data Analysis, Digital Data Management, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, FMEA, MCP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IQC, Knit garments, Process control, QMS and Technical Audit, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of QMS as per the SOP and Continuous assessment and up gradation to be followed up of the QMS
∎ Conduct and participate in style wise PPM, follow-up the line feeding checklist, style wise critical operation & quality points explain to the quality team, first output review against the sample & technical file including measurements, monitor hourly DHU report/real time dashboard, housekeeping, sharp tools & all compliance issue.
∎ Follow up the running order quality related continuous activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support for all quality related matters
∎ Attend all the issues related to quality along with floor level and with the buyer
∎ Ensure the factory is prepared for technical audit to be conducted by second as well as third party
∎ In case of corrective action ensure required remedial measures are taken and communicated with the concerned and it is to be with in the given time frame.
∎ Active involvement in setting process standard at various levels that shows complete responsibilities of Quality related activities
∎ Properly follow-up & maintain all inspection (Online/Offline) statistical data/ reports for scoring personal management information system and key performance indicators.
∎ Conduct TNA in Co-ordination with HR and conduct training program.
∎ Conduct assessment to ensure effectiveness of the training
∎ Ensure smooth recruitment of the right people in the Team
∎ Provide guidance, mentoring to junior team member for succession planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience with Target USA, Target Australia and Kmart Australia will be added advantage.
