Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Efficiently communicate product information to customers.
  • The incumbent will have to be prepared for extensive travel around the respective territory.
  • Must have to meet the sales target.
  • Motor Cycle Mandatory.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Visit the market & collect orders from customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

  • Explore new market segments and develop existing markets.

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory/territories.

  • Create new customers, increase sales, development of marketing strategic plan, and works for achieving the plan.

  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

  • To prepare the daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ half yearly & yearly reports.

  • Have to follow the guidelines from the manager and reported accordingly.

  • Execute any assignments provided by management.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions. We need to be fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

  • Lead and guide the sales team in client negotiations, deal closures, and converting leads into confirmed Order.

  • Regularly supervise and report on lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, Order progress, and handover processes.
