Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, servers, firewall, switches, Wlan with controller and others network nodes. ?
∎ Responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Wireless Controller, Wireless AP and Wi-Fi Signal strength.
∎ Closely work with manage service operation team to perform day to day operations, identify research and evaluation needs.
∎ Develop research and evaluation objectives that can be translated into action plans to meet client requirements.
∎ Design, plan and coordinate with the team, client, KAM and other concerns parties for service improvement and maintain SLA.
∎ Responsible for analyzing client requirements and coordinating with the management service team, vendor, and other stakeholders to meet the requirements.
∎ Responsible for supervising the managing service team to troubleshoot, diagnose resolve software, hardware, system problems and digester recovery plan to maximize network efficiency and security.
∎ Maintain and arrange emergency support based on priority. Follow day-to-day reporting procedures and escalate to responsible departments.
