• Experience in BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, IPsec-VPN, SDN, and network automation (Ansible, Python, etc.).

• Manage and optimize ONU and OLT configurations; troubleshoot client-side and PoP-related issues.

• Deploy and maintain firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions to enhance network security.

• Proficient in Linux and Windows server environments for network integration and support.

• Resolve high-priority technical issues swiftly with clear communication to stakeholders.

• Design and implement underlay/overlay network architectures in support of scalable systems.

• Conduct regular performance audits and network optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with Security, NOC, and Admin teams to ensure cohesive infrastructure operations.

• Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, change logs, SOPs, and DR/BCP strategies.

• Lead client provisioning and internal network expansion projects.

• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
