Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Highly knowledgeable in real estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective clients.
∎ Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed project information, and assist with site visits.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
∎ Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
∎ Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of information and services to clients.
