Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ 2. Technical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge, especially in hardware, software, renewable energy, and other technology products to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and position our solutions as the best fit.
∎ 3. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of marketing and sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
∎ 4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and use this information to refine strategies and enhance the competitiveness of our offerings.
∎ 5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the sales team, regularly analyzing results and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
∎ 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including product development, finance, and client support, to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with overall company objectives.
